To join our growing team, we are looking for a driven Investment Advisor who doesn’t wait, but takes action.

Your challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a variety of real estate projects. You will work closely with our senior experts and actively contribute to the continued growth of our firm.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Actively seeking new sales and rental assignments
• Advise, negotiate and assist clients in real estate transactions
• Follow-up transactions from A to Z: from initial contact to successful deal closing
• Delving into the various asset classes (Retail, Office, Industrial, Co-living, …

Your profile

We are not looking for a 9-to-5 mentality, but someone who is truly driven to grow and gets satisfaction from results. You value responsibility, success & customer satisfaction more than fixed hours: someone who is energized by movement, not routine.

You possess:

• Strong social skills and a commercial mindset
• A proactive attitude and the ability to take on challenges
• Perseverance and hunger for knowledge
• Interest in trends and evolutions within the real estate industry
• Flexibility and sense of initiative
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and French
• Experience in professional real estate is a nice asset, but not an absolute requirement. Your drive and willingness to learn carry equal weight
