To join our growing team, we are looking for a driven Investment Analyst.

Your challenge

In this role you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a variety of real estate projects. You will work closely with our senior experts and actively contribute to the continued growth of our firm.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Financial analysis of investment opportunities & real estate portfolios
  • Support our commercial advisors on calculations, project analyses, preparation of reports, etc.
  • Delving into different asset classes (Retail, Office, Industrial, Co-living, …)
  • Conduct market prospecting and research
 

Your profile

We are looking for an ambitious team player with a passion for real estate.
 
You possess:
  • A solid basic understanding of financial concepts and real estate valuation
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to take on challenges
  • Perseverance and hunger for knowledge
  • Interest in trends and evolutions within the real estate industry
  • Flexibility and sense of initiative
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and French
  • Ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience in professional real estate
